Introduction
YOU ARE INSTRUCTED TO REVIEW THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING, SUBSCRIBING TO, OR PURCHASING ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE OFFERED BY PEERINGO.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) form a legally binding contract between Peeringo, a product developed and operated by Algoreth LLC, a company registered in the state of Delaware, United States (collectively, “We,” “Us,” “Our”), and the customer (referred to as “You,” “Customer,” “User,” or “Client”). Peeringo owns, manages, develops, operates, and oversees the platform, services, and all associated technologies.
Customers are individuals or entities that subscribe to, purchase virtual numbers, use communication features, expand business operations, or network using the Peeringo platform. This Agreement governs the rights, responsibilities, and obligations related to the ownership, usage, customization, licensing, purchase, and accessibility of Peeringo’s services, website, applications, interfaces, content, and related offerings.
By agreeing to these terms, you mutually consent to use the Peeringo platform for its intended purposes, by making the required payments and selecting a suitable service package based on your needs. You also acknowledge that you have fully reviewed and understood the limitations of our services, acceptable use policies, refund conditions, privacy practices, dispute resolution procedures, and other relevant policies.
This Agreement is designed to resolve potential issues, disputes, and conflicts in a fair and balanced manner. In the event of legal or judicial proceedings, this document may be submitted as official evidence. Therefore, we urge you to read this Agreement thoroughly before proceeding.
